Photocopy the pre-made order from below to send home to parents, letting them know of the visit and the special discount.

Once all order forms are returned, simply go to Amazon on one the following allocated days:
Sept 30th
December 15th
March 15th
These dates have been specially set aside for school purchases and will reflect the 25% discount.

Order books using a school Prime Account for delivery free.
The books are delivered directly to the school and will be there in time for Kamilla to sign during her visit.
