Many slaves and servants of the Murk Lord escaped his tyranny, but found themselves rejected by a fearful Lanlynne society. Resentful, angry and with nowhere to go, some of these refugees formed their own clan and called themselves Deathlings.

Deathlings are young and mutinous and express their rage via random attacks on Lanlynne, often making their plight worse.
